Industry-Wise Payment Use
SaaS Products
  • Subscriptions for SaaS products are billed on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis, depending on the selected plan.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Payment is required prior to the first use of the service.
Online Courses
  • Users may choose from one-time payments or installment plans (if offered).
  • Access to the course material is granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
Events (Workshops/Seminars)
  • Full payment is required to confirm event registration.
  • Seats are allocated on a first-paid basis, and participation is subject to availability.
  • All fees related to the event must be paid before the event date.
Podcasts (Premium Subscriptions)
  • Premium podcast subscriptions are available with either monthly or annual billing cycles.
  • These subscriptions are non-refundable once payment has been processed, but you may cancel the auto-renewal at any time.
Travel Services
  • Payment is due at the time of booking for travel services (e.g., flights, hotel reservations, tours).
  • Partial payments may be required in certain cases, and full payment must be completed as per the booking terms.
Invoicing & Receipts

Upon successful payment, a system-generated invoice will be issued and sent to your provided Email ID. The invoice will include applicable taxes (e.g., VAT, GST), if any, based on your billing location.

You may also view and download your billing history and invoices directly from your user dashboard on our platforms, such as SaaS subscriptions, course platforms, and event registrations.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed according to the following guidelines:

SaaS Products
  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be considered only within 7 days of the initial purchase (not renewals), and only if the service has been used minimally (i.e., less than 10% usage).
  • No Refunds After Service Use: Once the service has been accessed, no refunds will be issued, even within the 7-day window.
Online Courses
  • Refund Eligibility: Refund requests may be made within 3 days of purchase, provided that the user has accessed less than 10% of the course content.
  • No Refunds After Significant Content Access: Once more than 10% of the course content has been accessed, no refunds will be issued.
Events (Workshops/Seminars)
  • Non-Refundable Tickets: Event tickets are non-refundable. However, you may request a transfer to another attendee if made at least 5 days before the event date.
  • Event Cancellation: If the event is cancelled by the Organisation, a full refund or reschedule credit will be offered.
Podcasts (Premium Subscriptions)
  • Non-Refundable: Premium podcast subscriptions are non-refundable once billed.
  • Cancel Future Renewals: You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals.
Travel Services
  • Refund Eligibility: Travel bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party travel providers. Some bookings may be partially refundable or subject to cancellation fees.
  • Refund Requests: Please contact us for refund eligibility based on the service provider’s policy.
Payment Failure & Chargebacks
  • Failed Transactions: If a payment fails (e.g., due to insufficient funds), no services or access will be granted until full payment is received.
  • Chargebacks: If a chargeback is filed (e.g., via PayPal or credit card provider), we reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to services.
  • Repeated Payment Failures: Users with repeated payment failures may be temporarily or permanently suspended from accessing services.
Discounts, Coupons & Offers
  • Validity: Promotional codes or coupons are valid only during the specified campaign period and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
  • Misuse: Any misuse of promotional codes or exploitation of the pricing system may result in account suspension or service restrictions.
Auto-Renewal Subscriptions

For subscription-based services (SaaS tools, podcast memberships), your selected payment method will be auto-charged at the beginning of each renewal cycle (monthly, annually, etc.).

  • Canceling Auto-Renewal: You may cancel your auto-renewal through your account dashboard or by contacting us at billing@1XL.com at least 48 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged.
Refund Process

  • Reason for refund request
  • Relevant supporting information (e.g., transaction details)
